Ice Cream Greek-style
1 litre/1 pts/4 1/2 cups soft-scoop vanilla ice cream 50 g/2 oz/1/2 cup toasted chopped nuts 45 ml/3 tbsp clear honey 15 ml/1 tbsp lemon juice prepare as for Italian-style Bombe.
15 ml/1 tbsp lemon juice 1 litre/13A pts/4’Acups soft-scoop vanilla ice cream 25 g/1 oz/1/2 tbsp crystallised (candied) ginger, or 1 piece stem ginger in syrup, chopped
Mash the bananas and lemon juice together, then prepare as for Italian-style Bombe.
