Recipe for Dinner
Kidney Bean Spread
45 ml/15 oz/1/2 large can red kidney beans, drained 60 mil4 tbsp tomato ketchup (catsup) 5 mill tsp chilli powder Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Mash all the ingredients together. Turn into a small dish and chill. Serve spread on toast or as a dip with vegetable sticks.
Blue Yoghurt Dressing
SERVES 4 150 ml/1/2 pt/2 cup plain yoghurt 15 ml/1 tbsp soft blue cheese 5 ml/1 tsp chopped fresh dill (dill weed)
Mix together all the ingredients and chill before serving.
